Every business has different photo enhancement needs. A hotel chain needs warm, inviting lighting for guest rooms. An e-commerce store needs clean, bright product shots. A restaurant needs rich colors that make food look appetizing. The Setup Center lets you tell ImageSystems what kind of business you run — and the entire platform adjusts accordingly.
What the Setup Center Does
When you first sign up for ImageSystems, the Setup Center asks you to choose your industry. This single selection configures four things:
- Enhancement presets — default lighting, color grading, and detail settings optimized for your industry
- Lighting options — the specific lighting adjustments most relevant to your scene types
- Export formats — default file formats and resolutions for your use case
- AI suggestions — template recommendations and smart mode rankings tuned to your vertical
Available Industry Presets
ImageSystems currently supports industry presets for:
- Real Estate & Hotels — warm interior lighting, wide-angle optimization, OTA-ready export sizes
- Restaurants & Food — color saturation for food photography, warm ambient lighting, menu-ready formats
- E-Commerce & Products — clean white backgrounds, accurate color reproduction, marketplace-compliant sizing
- Automotive — showroom lighting, reflection management, lot photography optimization
You can change your industry at any time from the Setup Center. All features remain available regardless of your selection — the industry choice only affects defaults and suggestions.
The Adaptive Workspace
Beyond static presets, ImageSystems includes an Adaptive Workspace that learns from your actual usage. Here is how it works:
Calibration Confidence
Every enhancement job you run adds a data point. The system tracks which settings you use most frequently — lighting preferences, upscale choices, quality levels — and builds a calibration confidence score from 0% to 100%.
The ~12 Job Threshold
After approximately 12 completed enhancement jobs, the Adaptive Workspace has enough data to start suggesting personalized defaults. These are better than generic industry presets because they reflect your specific workflow and preferences.
Experience Tiers
As you use the platform more, your experience tier increases. Higher tiers unlock richer default settings — the system becomes more confident in its suggestions as it learns more about how you work.
Classic Defaults
If you prefer the original preset behavior, you can pin classic defaults at any time. The Adaptive Workspace never overrides your choices — it only suggests. You are always in control.
Setting Up Your Profile
The Setup Center also manages your personal details — name, email, and activity statistics. You can see how many photos you have enhanced and what industry vertical your workspace is calibrated for.
For teams, each user can configure their own Setup Center preferences while sharing the same organizational account. This means a marketing manager and an operations manager can have different default presets within the same company.
The Bottom Line
The Setup Center and Adaptive Workspace mean you spend less time configuring settings and more time enhancing photos. Choose your industry once, and ImageSystems works the way your business needs from the first photo to the thousandth.
