Agreement
By accessing imagesystems.ai or the ImageSystems application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Service description
ImageSystems provides AI-assisted photo enhancement, generation, import, renaming, and related tools for business use. Features, credits, storage, and availability vary by plan. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Accounts & acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or non-consensual content
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or billing controls
- Reverse engineer the service except where permitted by law
- Use the service to develop competing models using our outputs
- Scrape or overload systems beyond documented API limits
You are responsible for rights to images you upload and for compliance with platform rules (OTAs, MLS, marketplaces, etc.) when publishing enhanced images.
AI outputs & disclaimers
AI-enhanced images are generated automatically. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication. We do not guarantee that enhancements meet every third-party platform requirement or that AI will never make unwanted changes — use enhancement templates and policy controls in the product to constrain behavior.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order. Credit allotments reset per plan terms; unused credits may not roll over unless specified.
BYOK
If you supply API keys for third-party providers, you are responsible for your provider accounts, charges, and compliance with their terms. We encrypt keys at rest and use them only to fulfill your requests.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the software, templates, and site content. You retain rights in your original uploads. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a license to use outputs for your business purposes. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the service.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Multisystems, Inc. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; provisions that should survive will survive.
Mobile Communications (SMS)
By providing your telephone number and checking the SMS consent box in a form on this website, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Multisystems, including responses to your inquiries, demo scheduling, and account or service notifications. Providing a phone number and consenting to messages is always optional and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and reply HELP for assistance. Opt-in and opt-out are both processed on the same phone number our messages are sent from. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
