What image formats does ImageSystems support?
ImageSystems supports JPEG, PNG, WebP, TIFF, GIF, HEIC/AVIF, SVG, ICO, BMP, PSD, Canon CR3, and many other RAW formats. Per-file size limits are configured in your plan settings.
How does batch processing work?
Switch to Multiple Photos mode in the Photo Editor. Queue as many images as you need, configure your enhancement settings (lighting, upscale, quality), then run the entire batch. Every image gets the same professional treatment with status tracking.
What are enhancement templates?
ImageSystems includes 103 built-in enhancement templates — each one defines policy rules, allowed behaviors, and forbidden behaviors for a specific scene type. For example, a template for a hotel bedroom knows not to remove doorways or add fake furniture. Smart Mode ranks templates by relevance to your current photo.
How do credits and API keys work?
Every plan includes enhancement credits (1 image ≈ 10 credits). Credits are used automatically from our servers. Pro plans and above can also connect your own API keys (BYOK) for additional control. Need more credits? Buy extra at $5 per 50 credits anytime. Keys are encrypted on the server — never stored in the browser.
What is the Setup Center?
The Setup Center lets you choose your industry (Real Estate, Restaurants, E-Commerce, Automotive, and more). This customizes your default enhancement presets, lighting options, export formats, and AI suggestions — so the tool works best for your specific business from day one.
Which AI providers do you use?
ImageSystems integrates with OpenAI (enhancement + generation) and Google Gemini (enhancement + generation with a free tier). Additional AI capabilities include 4K/8K upscaling, intelligent image naming, scene analysis, and web scanning for URL imports.
Can I import images from existing websites?
Yes. Use Import from Web to paste any URL — Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Zillow, or your own site. ImageSystems scans the page for all images, lets you select which to import, and runs your enhancement pipeline automatically.
What is the Adaptive Workspace?
Available on Enterprise plans, the Adaptive Workspace learns your typical workflow over time. After about 12 enhancement jobs, it builds a calibration confidence score and starts suggesting better default settings for lighting, perspective, and upscaling — tuned to your industry and preferences. You can always pin classic defaults or roll back.
How secure are my images and API keys?
Your API keys are encrypted on the server and never stored in the browser. Images are processed through secure cloud pipelines. See our Security page for details on encryption and data handling.
