This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit imagesystems.ai, use the ImageSystems web application at https://app.imagesystems.ai, or contact us. ImageSystems provides AI-powered photo enhancement. Processing may involve third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI or Google Gemini), including when you use bring-your-own-key (BYOK) on eligible plans.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, organization, and billing details when you register or subscribe.
- Content you upload: images and related metadata you submit for enhancement, generation, import, or export.
- API keys (BYOK): if you connect your own provider keys, we store them encrypted on our servers — not in your browser.
- Usage data: logs, device/browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and feature usage for security and product improvement.
- Communications: messages you send via contact forms or email.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve ImageSystems
- Process your images through AI enhancement pipelines
- Authenticate users and prevent abuse
- Bill subscriptions and communicate about your account
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not use your uploaded images to train foundation models unless you explicitly opt in to a separate program (none is offered today).
AI processing & subprocessors
Enhancement and generation may be performed using cloud infrastructure and AI APIs. When you use platform credits, requests may route through our configured providers. When you use BYOK, requests are sent to your provider using your encrypted credentials. A current list of categories of subprocessors is available on request at hello@imagesystems.ai.
Retention
We retain account and billing records as needed for legal and business purposes. Uploaded images are retained according to your plan storage limits and workspace settings; you may delete content from your workspace where the product supports it.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact hello@imagesystems.ai to exercise these rights. We will verify your request before responding.

Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures described on our Security page. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Children
ImageSystems is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. By using the service, you consent to transfer to jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own.
SMS & Text Messaging
When you provide your telephone number in a form on this website and check the SMS consent box, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Multisystems related to your inquiry, demo scheduling, and account or service notifications. Providing a phone number and consenting to messages is always optional and is never a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with any third party.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and reply HELP for assistance. Opt-in and opt-out are both handled on the same phone number our messages are sent from. You may also contact hello@imagesystems.ai to withdraw consent.
